24 Burn is a trendy new weight loss supplement that claims to have helped people – including the mysterious Sophia Brown – lose more than 70lbs without diet or exercise.

24 Burn is a liquid weight loss supplement that first appeared online in 2024.
Paired with a dramatic video ad and hyperbolic weight loss claims, 24 Burn surged on social media because of its mysterious “Greek metabolic water” trick.
According to the manufacturer, 24 Burn uses a blend of ingredients – many of which trace their roots to Greece – to help anyone effortlessly lose weight.
Features

24 Burn, like most fat burners, works by vaguely “boosting metabolism” and “supporting energy production,” helping to keep your body in a fat burning state for 24 hours.
As we’ve mentioned repeatedly, the best way to boost your metabolism is to eat right and exercise. Taking a supplement and sitting on the couch all day will not have a meaningful impact on weight loss.
Despite this contradiction, the official 24 Burn website features testimonials from women who claim to have lost 30 to 70lbs or more in a short period with 24 Burn. One woman, Sophia Brown, even claims to have lost more than 70lbs.
Ingredients

24 Burn goes for a shotgun approach with its ingredients. There are 20+ ingredients in total, most of which are only found in trace amounts.
Many of the ingredients in 24 Burn, fortunately, are known metabolism or energy boosters – like guarana and maca:
Guarana: Guarana may be the most proven energy booster in 24 Burn. It was historically used in South American traditional medicine as a natural remedy for low energy. Today, we know guarana works for a simple reason: it’s packed with more caffeine, by weight, than the coffee bean. In a 2019 study, researchers found guarana supplementation helped with obesity, insulin resistance, and fat formation induced by the Western diet, suggesting it could be a valuable weight loss aid.
Grape Seed Extract: Grapes get their color from unique antioxidant molecules like proanthocyanidins. These molecules promote healthy inflammation throughout the body, but some studies link them specifically to weight loss. In a 2020 study, researchers found grape seed proanthocyanidins had “an antiobesity effect” because of multiple methods of action.
African Mango: African mango, formally known as Irvingia gabonensis, surged to popularity in 2005 after it was found to help people lose 9lbs in a short period with no changes to diet or exercise. The results of that study haven’t been replicated since, although African mango remains a popular weight loss supplement ingredient. In a 2012 study, researchers found the ellagic acid and other natural molecules within African mango seeds could help promote active effects – including effects on weight loss and overall health.
Maca: Maca, like guarana, is best-known as a natural energy booster in South America, and some take maca daily for energy, weight loss, and overall health. Some even take it for fertility and hormone balance. For weight loss, maca was found to modulate fat and liver energy metabolism markers – including insulin and leptin – in a group of rats fed a high-fat diet, suggesting maca could help overcome poor dietary choices.
5 x Amino Acids: Each drop of 24 Burn contains five amino acids. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. Your body produces some amino acids. Other amino acids, including essential amino acids, must come from dietary sources. Amino acids can help you recover after exercise, giving your body the building blocks it needs. Some studies have also linked branched chain amino acid (BCAA) supplementation to weight loss. A 2021 trial in Nutrients, for example, found BCAA supplementation combined with a low-calorie diet led to significant fat burning in obese adults.
8 x Other Natural Fat Burners: The remaining ingredients in 24 Burn include adaptogens (like eleuthero and astragalus) and other popular fat burner supplement ingredients (like forskolin, grapefruit seed extract, gymnema sylvestre, and capsaicin).
The Tricks

Even in the shady world of weight loss supplements, 24 Burn takes the “tricks” a little too far. You’ll repeatedly be shown dramatic before-and-after images of a woman named Sophia Brown, who purportedly lost 71lbs of fat without dieting or exercising – she simply started taking 24 Burn.
Other women featured on the official website echo these results, claiming to have lost anywhere from 30 to 70lbs “effortlessly” thanks to the formula.
Few of these people claim to have exercised. Several, including Sophia Brown, claim to have continued eating their favorite foods without issue while still rapidly losing weight.
You should be skeptical of any weight loss supplement – especially when it claims to help you lose weight without diet or exercise.
Pricing

24 Burn claims to sell, at its ordinary retail price, for $99 per bottle. We couldn’t find any evidence the supplement has ever sold for that amount.
If you buy 6 bottles of 24 Burn, the supplement drops significantly in price, falling all the way to $39 per bottle. If you plan to stock up and maximize potential weight loss, those are big savings – although again, 24 Burn contains only very small dosages of most active ingredients.
24 Burn: Overall Rating

Overall, 24 Burn masks a decent metabolism booster behind an aggressive advertising campaign. The ingredients in 24 Burn could genuinely raise your metabolism and complement a balanced diet and exercise routine – but they won’t cause 70lbs of “effortless” weight loss within weeks.
